Is the Pavilion Dog- Friendly ?
Yes! Our Pavilion is dog-friendly, we love to welcome well-behaved pups! We have a spacious 360* outside deck that wraps around the Pavilion. Its the perfect spot for dogs to enjoy the fresh air alongside you. Just be sure to keep your dog leashed and cleaned up after!

Is it BYO?
No, Bass and Flinders Pavilion is a fully licensed venue. We offer complete bar service during opening hours (Wed-Sun 8am-3:30PM), so no need to bring your own drinks. Our bar is stocked with a curated selection of wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic options.

Where can I book a table/ Can I book a window table?
You can book a table easily online through our website. Our quick and simple booking system makes reserving a spot hassle free for everyone. While we don’t guarantee specific tables, rest assured every seat at the Pavilion offers stunning 360* views of the water. Wherever you sit, you’ll enjoy the same beautiful scenery

Is there GF/dietary requirement options?

What type of functions do you offer?
We offer a variety of tailored event styles, including seated dining, canapé service and buffet-style functions. Each function offers a set of curated menu options, designed to suit a range of occasions. Browse our Instagram to see some of our previous functions.

What is the maximum people the venue can hold?
Depending on the type of function being held the maximum amount will change. For seated dining and buffet style we hold up to 120 guests, where canapé service we hold up to 150 guests.

Is there accessible parking/Where can guests park?
Yes, we have free accessible parking conveniently located right in front of the venue. There are no time limits, so guests are welcome to park for the duration of their visit without any restrictions. We are located next to Sans Souci Leisure Centre, just near Captain Cook Bridge and Rocky Point Road.

Our cruise schedule varies throughout the year, with a range of dates and times. Our Lunch Cruises feature a buffet service, with menu offerings that change seasonally - including special menus for events like Christmas in July.
